Snoogies's Journal, 04 January 2014

Day 3 was really tough, felt edgy and short tempered, but expected this. Kept busy to distract myself, made chicken, leek and mushroom soup for today's lunch. Today going to visit my son, the chef, and enjoy some time with him, cooking and talking about food. Also will be testing his new ginger lemon protein cookies! Okay only one, it is a treat after all :). Weight is down again for 3rd day in a row. I am really sticking to the plan and it is working. Hope I am over the detox hurdle today.

One day at a time.....
185.9 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 25.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
