Day 2 was a bit tougher, going through sugar withdrawal and miss my afternoon red wine(s). Know this will pass in just a couple more days, done this before and know that once my body adjusts to lower carb intake I will start to feel much better. Had a nagging headache most of yesterday, but that is to be expected. Totally thrilled with my weigh in this morning, and looking forward to following meal plan 100%. So cold out again today, but want to drop my son's place to pick up some protein cookies that he is developing, ginger and lemon yumm..
