11th day straight of OMAD (Leftovers from Thanksgiving)

2 day (Mostly) up swing analysis:

10/30 - 11/01 - Fri through Sun - Up 1.8 ((( Weekend )))
11/03 - 11/05 - Tue through Thu - Up 1.4 ( don't remember [will log more for reference] )
11/06 - 11/10 - Fri through Tue - Up 1 ( Weekend and 3 day gap probably because of guilt however I only went up 1 lb )
11/12 - 11/15 - Thu through Sun - Up 2.4 ( Weekend with missing Sat weight in probably because of Fri guilt )
11/25 - 11/27 - Tue through Thu - Up 1.6 ( Thanksgiving between these days )
11/26 - 11/27 - Wed and Thu - Up .6 ( Only up .6 the day after Thanksgiving - Incredible as I grazed for 3 hours ) {I drank 2 beers, 2 glasses of wine, 1 champagne flute of champagne, 1 eggnog with a little something in it, hors d’ oeuvres, 1/2 half a deviled egg, pie, sweet potatoes, stuffing, mashed potatoes, Turkey with home made gravy, turnips, string beans with the crispy onions on top, cranberries, plantain chips all within a 3 hour eating window}

Tomorrow, I will eat one meal to make that my 12th day straight of one meal a day. It will be fast food because it has been a while. I will not get the soda and opt for a nice Lager when I bring it home to eat guilt free. I will eat some cheese and prosciutto after my dinner with most likely a glass of wine to end that eating window.

So, what happened during the most recent weekend, 11/20 - 11/22? The scale went down because of this one meal a day routine I've implemented. I am hoping this weekend I will have favorable results.

I am making a game out of this. I will refer to is as "Beat last Monday". If every Monday, I am 1.5 lbs less than the prior Monday, I WIN. This is a nice and slow and steady weight loss with any real exercise ( I sit for 12 hours a day between commute and work ).

If my loss is less than 1.5 lbs, I will back down the carbs during Fri, Sat and Sun meals to see if this makes a difference the next Monday. There is no loosing here, just adjustments.

Onward.
