taylor8172's Journal, 09 January 2009

At this point I'm grateful that I lost 1/2 lb. I realize that exercise must be incorporated into this diet. Must get my mind right and decide how to go. It has been way to cold or wet to walk outside and that is my favorite thing. I have many tapes I can use for yoga, walking inside, and Richard Simmons dancing to the oldies. Will decide today which one I might have the most success with.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is too cold to walk outside here too... I think my head is about to burst even stepping out for a moment. I like yoga but do not have very good tapes. What tapes are you using? Dancing to the oldies; I remember those until my daughter ruined them!

1/2 lb is still good! You didn't go in the other direction! If you still have the Leslie Sansone tapes I vote for that. I have been turning my satellite to the music channel and doing 20 minutes of Leslies stepping/dancing around just how ever I feel like it. It makes it easy for me to do anytime I want and not have to go get the videos out. I would like to do it 2 or 3 times a day, but as of now I am just getting it done 1 time.
