Well..............over indulging...@#!@ I was so proud how far I had came. I was feeling so proud of how my clothes were starting to fit me....plus the compliments were great too. Okay, forward march....today, I WILL get back to portion control and calorie counting.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
