I'm never clear on what your goal is when you're gaining or losing, but I always assume you know what you're doing, so I just support your efforts. LOL!

Lol shir, I’m the same! Always confused! The last time I checked his weight it was like 195-200 so I guess he’s been gaining muscle when I assumed he was cutting. Either way gj D!

We are gym buddies and together for 19 years and a couple kids. As far as Chris- he can respond to that. Poor Wifey- We know you love your hubby!❤ As far as the best couple on FS- well- not much competition in that area on FS. Thank you though! I can only think of newduggan and L2E and I barely see them anymore aside from delicious bakery treats sometimes.

Goodness this is getting a bit weird. NO! I have NEVER FaceTimed Chris and wouldn’t. Only one I zoomed from fs is Mermee aka NN. And I don’t believe in going outside my marriage in any way shape or form. Europeans can do whatever they choose but as a Christian I’d never. Feel like I’m defending myself here, why? No idea.
