Total crash and burn day for me. I consumed way too many carbs but I did not exceed my caloric intake goal. Sigh, I love Raisin Bran but it has too many carbs and I can't eat it. I have to find a cereal (that tastes good) and has lower carbs. The beer has to go too. I probably won't mind once I see results.
