I think this is the last chance for me. I need to lose the weight and I need to do it soon. I can't do Insanity anymore because of my knees... Gonna have to think of something else.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

There are lot's of workout dvds out there that are easy on the knees. Check out collagevideo.com! They show pieces of the workout so you can see if it's something you might like. You can get upper body and lower body strength training and alternate walking days. Yoga, pilates, zumba, etc. So many ways to get fit. If something is too hard, march in place.
