Did you buy rennet or is there another way? This is one of the few i haven’t tried. I love cottage cheese.

You need kefir 35 oz, milk 35 oz, 2 eggs.
Mix them together in a pan and boil until you see the solid on the top (takes about 20 minutes ) stir the mixture. Then boil over low heat about 15-20 minutes. Take it out let the mixture cool down. And squeeze it until all juice comes out but don’t squeeze too much otherwise your cottage cheese will become dry. Enjoy you food. Keep in the refrigerator ☺️

You can buy any milk, I bought regular whole milk, but if it is not allowed you to consume lactose you can replace with soy, bc almond just like water soy milk tastes almost like regular milk
