Got off track. Felt I was gaining again - which I was - so today I weighed in again, and I'm starting again, not waiting until the New Year to get serious. As usual, the challenge for me is to keep it up, regularly, nearly every day. Haven't succeeded yet, but that doesn't mean I can't, or won't. I can do it and I'm going to keep at it, keep trying.
