I really want to lose just a couple of pounds and I need to add more exercise. I want to be TONE! :)Any suggestions for toning up the arms first??

I personally use hand weights most of the time, but I do have a set of wrist weights (I think they are 2lb or 1lb each) that I wear sometimes while walking/running/using the Wii or doing other exercises.
