cook the penne as normal, mash an avocado with the zest and juice of a whole lime. mix with the pasta, finely chop a small shallot. finely chop cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, green leafy lettuce. (I used lambs lettuce) blanche some green asparagus tips just long enought o take the rawness off them. mix and eat. No salt, No oil. (You can add salt to taste)

Merry Mel if you are on a smart phone hold your finger on the text and it should allow you to copy it. Sometimes I can't do it unless I go to the persons page and copy from the original post there. You may have to try a few times before the copy function shows up. Then you can open a blank page on your phone and paste it by holding your finger on the page. It should give you an option to paste. An email page works great, then you can email it to yourself. Or better yet if you signed up for emails in FS you may be able to see it there. Another technique is to take a screen shot by holding down two buttons on your phone at the same time. It would be the bottom half of your volume button and the on/off button. Then it will be saved in your pics. If you are on a computer there should be some software like snipping tool you can capture the image of the recipe then paste it into One Note or a word doc. Unfortunately I'm not aware of anything in FS that allows you to save messages other than signing up for emails but then you have to save it off somewhere & it's probably too late to capture this one.
