Adding a weigh in to FS this Monday because it is overdue and it will be helpful for the future me. (I weigh in all the time on my home ["Get of me you are too heavy" screams the] scale)

The weekend is here and I've had a major turn around for 4 days now that I am hoping to apply thought this weekend. #BABYSTEPS

My meals and carb levels to support my activities this week were spot on for my sedentary week and the scale is moving the the right direction
