Yesterday I was back out in the yard working on the hedges. I ate under goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF ↑ 0.1% / BW ↓ 0.2#

Some of the newer digital scales offer a lot of choices. Mine uses percentages to break down body fat, muscle mass and water weight. It also displays BMI and body weight. There are bluetooth and wifi scales too. I don't regret upgrading my scale a couple of years ago...
