The day has come. Finally time to drop the carbs to nearly nothing again. 5 weeks of 1/4 cup of oatmeal at breakfast and carbs from vegetables only, along with 6 days per week of weight training. Going from 2500-2600 calories per day down to 1600-1800 calories per day. Hoping to hit my goal by new years. Wish me luck.
