(3rd week) I'm more motivated after my appointment with the neurologist the other day... I need to at least lose 10% of body weight to start feeling better...but I can't workout without making my head hurt more...so I definitely need advice of good gluten/dairy free meal ideas.
321.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 171.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

lean meats, lots of veggies, reduce or cut sugar completely. have you tried low impact workouts like yoga? slow and steady strength training without the intensity has helped me on days when im in pain

Thank you for the suggestions, & I used to do the low impact workouts but with whats going on with my head I get way too dizzy with movements...I've basically been bed bound.

Whole foods works well, clean proteins, fresh fruits and vegetables...Good luck!!!

Oh my goodness— every store you go I to has magazines and books and recipe books related to the gluten free lifestyle.. Google is your friend

I use a vegan meal replacement powder and mix with almond milk, greens and fruits. It’s Garden of Life brand and I got it from Walgreens :)
