Easy Edub's Journal, 22 November 2013

I got bored with the elliptical so I jogged 3 days and did elliptical 1 day. I lost inches for sure…. my jeans are falling off without a belt. I lost 2 lbs. On Monday (my non official weigh in) i was up to 164…. so i did drop that and an extra pound. yay!!!! My goal this week is to break out of the 160s
162.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
