Week 64 Happy with the loss. Onwards and downwards!
216.5 lb Lost so far: 94.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Draglist. I eat roughly eat the same meals weekly and keep calories around 1600 a day so I hope for similar results each week 👍😀
