Happy with weight-loss, Ketones @2.6mmol/L which is good, Slept @1:30am which is a no-no. I have to stop my brain working overtime. I might choose to hit the gym either a early morning or late evening which should leave me ridiculously tired. I am soldering on to achieving my 24 December 2020 target. My main focus is on losing at least 1kg in the next 4 days to achieve my mini goal so I will push it like a mad man.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 103.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
