Happy with weight-loss, slept at a good time, ketones at 3.3mmol/L which is excellent, overall lifes good. Have not prepared todays food so will have to contend with takeaway. I guess a learning curve as always but I will get it perfect.
297.0 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 105.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
