I spoke too soon. I over ate yesterday. Stress eating! I'd been hungry for 2 days, but at least this morning, I don't have the STARVING feeling.
I'm going to try to get out for awhile today. We're supposed to get a LOT of freezing rain tonight. I want to run to Meijer's. Walk around and pick up a few things.

so you over ate...just try an get bck on track the next meal..this is all a learning process...of learning how to make wiser food choices... i usually mess up when im to tired to fix my salad for supper instead i grab what ever is easier to fix...an then the next day i have to drink my share of water to get it outta my system...lol...have a great day..yeap i hear the freezin rain is movin in tonight here as well...hope not...

I started in on the water right away! I hope none of us get the freezing rain. They say it will be 37 tomorrow, and then it will just turn to rain.
After the blizzard in 78, my Mom would go to the store if they even mentioned snow. Her spare closet would be filled up with food, in case they got snowed in. I worried more about it when my son was young, about having enough in the house. Now, it's like, I'll just stay in and enjoy looking out the windows.

Hope the weather isn't as bad as they predicted and you are spared the freezing rain...enjoy staying in and looking out the windows if it happens! The cold will end - it went from freezing and rainy here yesterday to 65 degrees today...it is very strange with the temp going up and down by such huge amounts! I have 2 more days of nice weather then back into the deep freeze...I plan to enjoy them and get out of my bedroom for a while! Have a great day tomorrow!
