Helped out at my youngest daughters event center today, they had four weddings going on. I snacked all day but I definitely got my steps in. I didn’t do too bad food-wise but probably ramped my sodium up for the day. I’ll fix it.

sodium is one of my major problems. I am really concentrating on lowering it.

Yes Carol. If I have a high salt day I’ll go up one or two pounds for a day or so.
