Today is day one again for me. No cookies or money or credit cards. I don't want to leave the house anyway because it is icy out there! I am eating organic grapes and almonds. not too many...and lots of water. Biggest loser was an inspiration last nite. They all tried very hard to win and they were winners anyway with the weight loss. luv, mary

It was really amazing to see the befores and afters on the Biggest Loser. Yes, they are all winners for sure!

Hi new buddy! I am also starting over. Today is day 2 for me. I needed to start over because my system hadn't been working well up till then. But I think I have control over this thing now. For me it's all about keeping track. I had heard that that was a good way to diet, but now I know for sure. About Biggest Loser, I too was surprised how amazing they all looked. I think it must have been six months or so since their last taping because they all looked so much thinner. They're all really inspiring!
