It is the holidays. New Year's resolution's are in my mind: no eating out breakfast on saturdays, no more pizza, mac and cheese, pudding, hot cocoa because I am a vegan and that is not vegan! I will be healthier in 2009! no more candy bars either or cookies. Ihave read my journals over the past year and ihave accomplished much and want to do more. Happy holidays to everyone. it is snowing in the seattle area and I am cozy and warm and very thankful for a good life. luv, mary
158.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's great that you can see the positive changes over the year! Try to make the healthiest choices possible for the rest of the year, so New Year's day won't be such a shock to the system. :)

Hiya Mary, you've done great this year and I'm sure next year will be just as good if not better.....enjoy Christmas....and keep warm....we get very little snow here now....and I do kind of miss it....All the best....X Denise :)
