Did my first circuit-training yesterday at the local gym and totally loved it! Cautiously peeked in on it last week, to see what I was in for, and thought there was no way I could handle it -- 30-minutes in a group, with 10 different exercise stations, and very high intensity. I also did a 45-minute run beforehand so, like everyone else there, I was completely knackered; but it was great to do some new and different exercise. My butt's pretty sore this morning too, but not as bad as I feared. So I'll definitely take some more of that please!
