Reading the struggles of others makes it easier. They're going through what I'm going through so I don't feel so alone or like the "fat loser" that I usually do. In retrospect, I think I had a bad case of body dismorphia when I was growing up and as a teen. I was very thin in my twenties, but I really believed I was fat. I think that has spilled over in my adult life. I'm pretty stoked to be pushing through this mental wall.
