I was beating myself up for the Starbucks wrap that I ate yesterday, then I went to Starbucks.com to check the nutritional value and it actually wasn't that bad. Pretty high in fat, BUT low calories, kept me very satisfied and had lots of vitamin A and a huge amount of fiber. So, it's one of those "if you must eat on the run, then eat this" choices.
