Wow, i cant control myself. This past few days have been awful. Eating so unhealthty, late night meals. TOOOOO many sweets....i work so hard all week then blow it.....

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 December 2010:

Don't despair, Samonsite, add something into the weekday plan which seems to be missing. What are you running for the fastest when the weekend comes....? Sweet? Salty? Crunchy? Creamy? One thing or food in particular? Maybe what you need is a 'more is less' approach during the week so the pent up deprivation on two days of the week doesn't undo the hard work of five days.

Weekends always kill my diet as well. I discovered that its usually Sunday that makes me eat and not on Saturday. Because on Saturday I keep busy with shopping and cleaning and other stuff, while Sunday is unorganized lazyness, boredom and socialising. I can't really organize my sunday well for many reasons, but maybe you have the same problem.
