These fall allergies are for the birds. I had soo much more exercise planned but when I bend over I get dizzy from the pressure on my sinuses. So instead of doing more cardio I'm headed to the weights tonight. I will not let this stop me. I did much better in the food department today so yay for that. Glad it's a 3 day weekend!
