yesterday i ate pizza for breakfast, bad bad bad!! I also crave yogurt, walnuts, and apples for breakfast but that's too many points and i would never make it through the day... I need to work on finding snacks that aren't as many points. Most of all, I need to eat less carbs, carbs make my blood sugar low, and I lose weight if I eat less carbs. And I need to drink more water. I can do tea all day but water is harder for me. . .

I love the WW vanilla yogurt (1 pt) and then take the little packets of pre cut green apples and dip it into the yogurt. YUM YUM YUM! Fast and easy snack, but would make a great breakfast too.

Try to just "down" the water. I happen to love water. But regardless of whether you like it or not, my experience is that the water really helps curb the appetite. I remember seeing on Oprah a couple years back, on a show about weight-loss success stories, there was a woman whose whole success came from drinking a large glass of water before every meal. I think she waited 10-20 minutes after drinking the water to eat anything. I tried it today, and I really notice the difference. I am much less hungry, and I was able to keep my points down.

debbra is right. Our bodies often mistake thirst for hunger. Drink the water when you start having craivings and you'll be amazed at how little you need the food.

Actually, eating pizza for breakfast isn't bad. It's got some nutrition and you have all day to burn off the calories, lol. As long as you are within your points, it's fine.
