Haven't done much of anything dieting wise recently. Setting some new goals today.
It's time to set some new goals so that I am taking care of myself and making myself a priority.
1. Exercise 30 minutes or longer each day 90% of the time 2. Eat at least 7 servings of fruits and vegetables each day 90% of the time

Lost so far: 1.5 lb.
Still to go: 14.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
