Helped my youngest daughter at her banquet center yesterday. A lot of steps but my meals were more like bad snacking.

Dont feel bad we all do that sometimes I know I do especially if I am busy and don't have time to stop to eat a good idea would probably be to put a healthy snack in your pocket so it wouldnt be so easy to grab those bad snacks have a good day
