smartin585's Journal, 27 October 2013

I"m cooking like a crazy woman now that I can eat :) And my food tastes good and way healthier than you get at a restaurant.

Maybe I should've been cooking my own meals a long time ago. I shared with my Pops and Bro and they thought it was really yummy too. Maybe I will stop hating cooking now that I can make food that I actually want to eat. I entered my food for the day and I'm right at the calories count I wanted. I did not get to exercise today...My dizziness kept hitting me if I was up too long...hope it stops over the next couple of days. I'm going to start off slow and ride my bike tomorrow...see how that goes.

Homemade Hibachi Shrimp and Steak with a side of asparagus, onions, and mushrooms. I also made the white shrimp sauce with no sugar...used stevia and it tastes better than I get at the restaurant :)

That does look scrumptious!!! Take it a little slow, the dizziness hopefully will go away with added calories.

Have you considered putting the recipes on this site? They look yummy. Not usually one to be moved by pictures of food, but this looks wonderful.

I'll try to share them in my journals...I tried to add a couple of recipes three years ago and they are still listed as "pending"

These are the links where I got the Habachi Recipes.... http://funnyloveblog.com/2012/01/05/hibachi-shrimp/ http://www.food.com/recipe/japanese-steakhouse-hibachi-chicken-and-steak-with-vegtables-442394 http://allrecipes.com/recipe/yum-yum-sauce/ ****read the comments...it led to me reducing the amount of mayo and adding more tomato paste and a dash of vinegar****
