well, this is the 2nd day and doing well. Not hungry yet which is surprising as I usually am by the evening. I found a good trick is to eat my main meal at lunchtime and have a light supper b4 6.30pm! Will hv a weigh in tomorrow Wednesday and see how we are doing...
