Yeeha! One down 3 to go...that would be Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Years...
I did pretty ok with food. My friend was here with her 3 year old..which made exercising really difficult. I feel for all you Moms out there. Unless you get a sitter, it is just too hard to concentrate on your stuff. I have discovered that my friends 3 year old was very needy, but I think that might be cause he was in a strange place. I did get a feel for the challenge of staying fit and having kids.
I am making a very healthy squash soup for dinner tonight. So I am back on more normal eating patterns for a while and I made it to the gym today once my friend headed out. I am happy with the way I handled things this week. I hope the scale agrees!
