Chicken and egg crust pizza. Veggies from my deck garden, except the black olives.

I do the same. Initially, quite by accident. Now, I'm always making these super thin egg thingies that do or could be an awesome pizza crust...no carbs/flour. When I eat my egg omelette thingy I think, this would be awesome with a little cheese, prosciutto, thick tomato sauce, and more veggies! I haven't done it, but I will and post.

My "pizza" was really good. The jalapenos gave it a good kick plus a decent amount of protein. Not bad for 201 calories. Of course, I measured everything out.

So did you make the crust out of chicken and egg? What's the texture like?

Consistency was chewy. I did add dried oregano and garlic before I used my air fryer to cook the crust, added toppings, and used the air fryer to melt the cheese. I am very liberal with garlic and oregano on the toppings. I also like cauliflower crust pizza.

Has anyone noticed how these stupid "shrink me" posts are everywhere. Like a contagious virus that keeps changing its sign-on name. Disgusting. No matter how much they are stomped.
