Had a great weekend just adjusting to new diet. I am starting to get better sleep still in nutritional ketosis 0.4 mmol/L, which is not bad, lost 3.2kg last week so I guess for now will keep things easy. Putting together a future plan on how I can achieve my goal in 9 months, will see how I go.
320.1 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 128.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
