Here I am the day before Thanksgiving, and I lost a little more weight. I'm really pleased with myself for yesterday and today. Today was hard because I went to school for the kids. One had a birthday celebration with cupcakes, and the other had a Thanksgiving celebration in class. I think I did well. I only ate a little salad.
