Back into it, slept late yesterday (11:30pm) besides my best intentions to be in bed by 8:30pm. I woke up feeling a bit lethargic however weight is 1.1kg down from yesterday so happy about the progress. All I did yesterday was a 15min walk and 30 sit-ups with a cramp dampening the mood after 2nd set of sit-ups. Funnily enough I am in ketosis 0.3 mmol so not sure how I have managed that with the amount of carbs I had yesterday. Right now I am stupid hungry I guess just my body adjusting to less calories/ less sugar. I will have my breakfast of strawberries then green tea before going all out for lunch and reigning it back in by dinner.
Few things I will need to address by tomorrow is getting a good multi-vitamin, probiotic and better sleep. I was looking at a 7 day alternating gym program but the way I am feeling now impossible. I will have to slowly ease into it which means walking for now, sit-ups, press-ups, body weight squats no real strenuous activity.
323.4 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 131.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
