POWENCH's Journal, 24 November 2008

Well even though I have the day off from work...I got up early with my workout buddy Stacy and hit the gym at 6. Workout one complete! I will try to get a walk in at lunch to take advantage of the sunny weather. Then on to YOGA this evening...one thing I know I can do this week is to keep exercising.

I did some measuring yesterday and have lost inches everywhere except my hips...man that is one area that just wants to hang on. I have this vision of having the skinniest waist and the biggest hips on the planet!

Well I figure Monday and Tuesday is my "last chance" workout days...so I better get busy...

I hear you on the hips - thats my worst area too! My waist keeps getting thinner and thinner, and so do my hips, but not at the same rate!!! They will go down soon with all the great exercise your doing!!!
