Time to get back to basics. Steroids have placed a lovely 6lbs, that I can really see in my clothes. I will not allow all the progress I made go down the tubes.

Welcome back...I hate steroids..but they are necessary some times...Take care of you...:O)

Environmental nastyness have conspired to make my like miserable. I started on steriods to help with allergies, but had to stop, too many ill effects.
