Day 3:Low Day; I am sooooo sore..lol I did my workout completely last night, instead of stopping in the middle Like I did Monday night. I pushed myself and rested in between exercises when I needed to, So I made a 23min workout last 40 mins but I did finish..So Yayy me! I was able to eat my 2400cal yesterday, and with healthy decisions:) Still motivated And Happy! Ya'll have a Great day too!
