Day 4:High day:Rest Day;
Not to mention it's my Anniversary, I'm in a great mood! My husband is doing beautifully as well.
I have drank my first bottle of water and doing really well with the scheduling of them. I really REALLY enjoyed my breakfest this morning after my low day. He is eating light during the day so he can have a good meal on our date tonight.
I feel like I'm self-pushing, and paying attention to my diet. I am very proud that I am doing my very best:) I take a woman's multi-vitamin everyday and I'm taking on my 30 active Challenge, my workouts are becoming easier to do.
