Disappointed myself. *sigh* The past few days, I ate completely off and didn't make the right choices. I'm hoping that my problem comes from the fact that today I got my TOM and that is what caused the terrible choices. I must get back with it tomorrow. I've decided that I will start to cut things in half of what my norm is. IE...one piece of toast instead of two with my morning tea but will add a hard boiled egg for a mid morning snack. And will do this with most of my meals. Though I'm allowed 1600 calories I really would like to get it below 1400. I will take any ideas that anyone has to help me accomplish this feat. :)

I've been struggling with the same thing. I'm TRYING to cut my normal portions in half... but it's SO hard. You can do it! And your TOM sounds alot like mine. I'm crazy hungry and get really down on myself. Don't beat yourself up! You're still on track, and that's obvious by your call for help. You can do it! You can do it!! There you go... I'll be your cheerleader!! :)
