Had hoped to lose more this week - but I have been on track - 6 days working out, so far 2 strength training and eating on plan. I just need to keep going and it will happen!!! Looking forward to a great week 2!
184.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
