I have completely blown it the past 3 days...I hit the city and tried to eat my way through it..I don't know what got into me except I was so pissed about the gain this week on Tuesday that I just said to hell with it. I got on my scale today and reality check brought me a 3 pound gain for my past three days transgressions. Guess we never stop paying.
I had some medical tests done on Friday and that may have been making me more stressed than I realized...anyway regardless of the trigger...I need to reset and start back on the program....CRAP!
