Been a while. Need to go back to my roots of lifting and hiking and eating right. Since I've adopted a baby boy and want to be there for him. COVID has made me realize how frail a society we are so I am also going off the Grid, while keeping my baby and baby momma at home and giving up my spot for her two daughters and baby. Our apartment is too small.

So besides exercise and eating right, I am living as an outlander out of my converted SUV. My goal weight is a lean 190lb, from a before picture of 260lb. Already lost 5lbs! Let's do this! (Que the soundtrack.)
255.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 65.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
