I had a pretty good day. Started with a healthy Pineapple Kale Mojito smoothie and rotisserie chicken.
Very low caloric intake. Lunch was good too and I even went hiking on a miserably hot day at my weight it was tough.
The problem is at work, the family I care for has cookies and pastries and all that good stuff just lying about. I ate a cookie, I had to or that craving would be amplified over time. I am still under my calorie count but that cookie is going to cost me.
