Starting a private journal again today. I used to journal all the time when I was in therapy. It really helped me see how I was thinking. If it was bad or good. Ashamed to say that I found myself thinking the wrong way most of the time. That is why sometimes I find myself talking so positive now. Am I positive all of the time...NO lol: It's easy to be positive when your day is going great. I want to be there for everyone when there day isn't going great and encourage them that We Can Do It!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep up with the journals as I love to be nosey! Writing journals is like telling yourself off or even finding out you do have a sence of humour! Who knew I did! Lol We can all do this and we are!!!

Well, if you really want to know. I woke up late this morning because our litte alarm clock didn't go off lol:) She also gave me a nice gooey package right before getting my daughter and son in law off to work. She doesn't seem to have any problems with her bm's. We are trying to potty train her; however since it has gotten cold it has not been an easy task. She has gone pee pee in the potty a couple of times. She has also wee weed on the carpet. Geeeeeez :(, So glad we don't have a dog right now:) Hope everyone is having a good morning. If you are cold right now look at Leanne's post. I never thought of using a hair dryer that way. She is one funny gal:) We Can Do It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a private journal that has now morphed into my blog, and the journals here. I think journaling is one of the best ways to go back and see what I was doing when I had success and what I wasn't doing when I wasnt having the success that I want.

You are so right! I guess Leanne has got me confiding in some of my more private moments. Don't want this to be too much information, but, I was looking in the mirror this morning and couldn't believe the saggy skin. Guess that's better than skin filled up with fat:) We Are All In This Together. We Can Do It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did the normal lunch thing with my daughter, son-in-law, and grandaughter at the park. It was a bit warmer today:) Leanne asked for something funny. I hope this is what she was looking for...Olivia is use to getting spit washes from her mother. I don't know who is funnier. When we were leaving, Olivia had sugarfree chocolate pudding all over her face:) and of course Naomi was glad to spit wash her face. When we dropped my son-in-law back to work Olivia wanted to give her daddy a spit wash :)lol He got a kick out of it:) Then she decided to pick her nose and wipe it on him. He must have taught her this...because I don't know where she would have come up with that idea:P Then my daughter asked me if she could ask me to watch Olivia long enough for her to take a shower and shave her legs. She said, "If I don't shave soon, I'll be able to braid the hair on my legs:)lol. I just don't know wear they got their sense of humor:) Ya'll have a great evening if I don't get back on the journals. We Can Do It!!!!!!!!

Journaling has been great therapy for me this year on F.S. and it's free! I said once it is like having a diary that talks back kindly to you! TOWANDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree. I really found out how helpful it was in August when my daughter's birthday rolled around. I always just carbed my way through it. This year I journaled my thoughts and feelings rather than burying them under a layer of carb loaded foods. It was the most amazing thing. I could not believe how much better I felt, and how quickly I got to that point. I think that I have finally begun to heal after 27 years.

You are so right!!!! WE CAN DO IT!!!! We do what we have to do to get through the good, bad, rough and easy. I find that having my friends here that are willing to listen and lend their advice, is what gets me through. So if journaling is what gets you through, then do it. Like Leanne said, "I like to be nosey".lololol. You have yourself a great day and journal away.:)
