Well After not dieting an entire month I gained 4 lbs. Restarted the diet on Monday, so I will reweigh myself on Monday trying to get back down to 1800 calories a day, was up to 2600 calories a day right now this week averaging between 1900-2100 so better but not quite there yet. The other thing is my exercise level is back up. Been working on my son's new town-home. The person before him had everything painted dark browns so I repainted the living room and hallway (Stairwell) and patched all of the picture hanging holes. He's happy with the results plus he is learning how hard it is to paint. Actually how long it takes. Monday I start on the second floor plus update the electrical outlets so a 1/3 have USB charging ports.
